About us
Intelligent GK is operated by Lewis John, providing goalkeeper coaching (1-to-1, group sessions, GK Wars events, Virtual GK Analysis) across Cardiff, Swansea, and Bristol, and a print-on-demand clothing range, via intelligentgk.com.

1. Coaching sessions & bookings
All sessions are booked and paid for via our booking partner, Pembee.
Bookings close a set number of days before each session — see the listing for exact cut-off.
Cancellations/rescheduling: We don't offer cash refunds for cancelled sessions. If you need to cancel, let us know in advance and we'll move your booking to another available date instead. If we cancel a session ourselves (e.g. venue or weather issues), you'll get a full refund or a transfer to another date — whichever you prefer.
Participants under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who confirms they hold parental responsibility and consents to their child taking part.
We may take photos/video at sessions and GK Wars events for coaching feedback and marketing (e.g. social media, the website). Let us know in advance if you'd prefer your child isn't included.
Coaching carries an inherent physical risk like any sport. Participants take part at their own risk; we maintain appropriate coaching qualifications and insurance, and follow standard safeguarding practice.
2. Clothing orders
All clothing items are made to order (print-on-demand) once purchased — see our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for what's covered.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe.
Delivery times vary by item — typically 7–10 working days from order; you'll receive tracking by email once dispatched.
Designs, logos, and branding ("Intelligent GK", "Reset. Refocus. Repeat.", and related artwork) remain our intellectual property; you're licensed to wear/use the product, not to reproduce the designs commercially.
3. Virtual GK Analysis
This service is delivered remotely based on footage you provide. Turnaround time and exact deliverables are confirmed at the point of booking.
You confirm you have the right to share any footage submitted (e.g. parental consent where players are minors).
4. General
We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
