Returns & Refunds Policy — Intelligent GK Clothing

Made-to-order items

Every Intelligent GK clothing item is printed specifically for you once an order is placed (print-on-demand). Because of this, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised/made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation right. This means we're unable to offer a refund or exchange for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check the size guide before ordering)

  • Simply changing your mind

  • Colour appearing slightly different on screen vs. in person

What is covered

You're entitled to a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives faulty or damaged

  • The print/embroidery is misaligned, cracked, or wrong

  • You received the wrong item or size to what you ordered

  • The item is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery

This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — nothing in this policy affects those rights.

How to claim

Email intelligentgkacademy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the fault/damage/issue

  • A short description of the problem

Approved claims get a free reprint/replacement shipped at no extra cost, or a full refund if a replacement isn't suitable. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Sizing

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — fit varies by garment (the hoodie runs small; see the product description). Wrong size selected by the customer isn't covered under "faulty" claims above.
