6 players gained caps for Wales across Welsh Colleges, Wales Tier 2, Welsh Schools U16

Director & Head Coach

Founded and direct Intelligent Goalkeeping — South Wales' premier goalkeeper coaching academy, managing 5 coaches and serving clients across Cardiff, Swansea, and Bristol.

Developed a comprehensive goalkeeper coaching curriculum combining technical precision with mental edge methodology. Designed GK Wars — a talent identification platform that replicates professional match pressure.

1 U9 progressed into Swansea City Academy from Pontardawe Town AFC
16-year-old GK took the No.1 spot in Cymru South and received Welsh Colleges call-up

NEWPORT COUNTY ACADEMY

Temporary Head of Academy Goalkeeping

Led goalkeeping sessions for the Pro Development Phase (U18). Managed dynamics across second-year scholars, first-year scholars, and unsigned training goalkeepers.

PONTYPRIDD TOWN UNITED AFC

Head of Academy Goalkeeping

Established the goalkeeping department for the brand-new FAW Academy — designing a comprehensive curriculum for all age groups (U8–U16). 1 player signed for Newport County at U13.

MERTHYR TOWN FC

Academy & First Team Goalkeeper Coach

Progressed from Academy GK Coach to Head of Goalkeeping. Prepared an Under-15 goalkeeper for professional academy football — culminating in a Newport County U18 signing. Promoted to First Team GK Coach. 1 further player signed for Newport County at U16.

First Team Goalkeeper Coach

Provided specialist confidence coaching to two qualified goalkeeper coaches in a senior, high-performance environment.

UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH WALES

Head Coach — Women's Futsal

Founded and coached the first women's futsal team at USW. Developed a pedagogical curriculum endorsed by elite futsal coaches. Led the team to a third-place league finish, narrowly missing the Champions League of Futsal playoffs.

Goalkeeping Coach — European Qualifiers

Prepared the Wales Deaf Futsal squad for the European Championships, conducting training camps across South and North Wales. Worked with a sign language translator — a significant development in nonverbal communication coaching. Tournament cancelled due to COVID-19.

Assistant Coach — Crete World Cup

Analysed goal location data from the previous tournament to design goalkeeper-specific repetition training. First win against Belgium; drew with 2nd seed Poland.

2018

WALES 6-A-SIDE

Assistant Coach — Lisbon World Cup

Wales' first-ever Socca World Cup. Finished 3rd in group. Responsible for goalkeeper preparation in training camps and tournament warm-ups. Gained international coaching experience across diverse cultures and playing styles.
